信用证的格式及开立形式

1. 信用证的格式：国际商会于1970年制订了《开立跟单信用证标准格式》（Standard Form for the Issuing of Documentary Credit）：

    1） 开立不可撤消跟单信用证标准格式-致受益人（The Standard Form for the Issuing of Documentary Letter of Credit-Advice for the Beneficiary）
    2） 开立不可撤消跟单信用证标准格式-致通知行（The Standard Form for the Issuing of Documentary Letter of Credit-Advice for the Advising Bank）
    3） 不可撤消跟单信用证通知书标准格式（The Standard Form for the Notification of Documentary Letter of Credit）
    4） 跟单信用证修改书标准格式（The Standard Form for the Amendment to Documentary Letter of Credit）
    2. 信用证的开立形式：
    1） 信开本（To open by airmail）：开证银行采用印就的信函格式的信用证，开证后以航空邮寄送通知行。
    2） 电开本（To open by cable）：开证银行使用电传、传真、SWIFT等各种电讯方法将信用证条款传达给通知行。
    a） 简电本（Brief cable）：开证银行只通知已经开证，将信用证的主要内容预先告通知行，详细条款将另邮航寄通知行。简电本在法律上是无效的，不能作为交单议付的依据。
    b) 全电本（Full cable）：开证银行以电电讯方式开证，把信用证全部条款传达给通知行。全电本是交单议付的依据。
